If you want to cancel your subscription, you can cancel anytime within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not streamed a game within that 14-day window. To do so, simply send up a support ticket or drop us an email on email@example.com. After those 14 days have elapsed, or you have streamed a game, the subscription becomes non-refundable.
If you have paid for a ‘pay-per-game’ session and want to cancel your purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not viewed it.
If you are having problems streaming, or have an incompatible device, please contact our Support Team as soon as possible and we will review your case.
